Hygiene & Food Safety

Within every process and quality control of Total Packaging Solutions products the strictest of hygiene measures are maintained. We require all suppliers of ours that produce products that are intended to be in direct or indirect contact with food to adhere to strict guidelines that include, but are not limited to:

• The wearing of hair nets and plastic gloves

• Use of quality checked suppliers of material/s that are food safe

• Inspection of materials when received

• Use of process areas that are of a high standard of hygiene, which include being fully enclosed work places

• Conduct all process in a manner as to maintain the highest standard of hygiene

• Support package products to preserve their food safety

• Inspection of goods by our staff before delivery

• Random inspections of processes and premises

  We also conduct periodical microbiological testing to further ensure our food safety standards are met.
